One GC schedule, all its revisions
Rev 1 through Rev 40 of the same job is one project. The GC reissuing the schedule every fortnight does not cost you anything, which is the whole point.
You pay for the jobs you are running, not for runs, seats or credits. Review the schedule as many times as the GC revises it, compare every revision against every other, plan the crew, pull the look-aheads. None of it is metered.
“We were looking at hiring a full-time person for schedule analysis before GanttAI.”
“You guys are onto something big! It’s a huge problem and the solution provides a lot of value.”
“We’ve been receiving great feedback on GanttAI… expecting a lot more users soon.”
“This is such a big pain point for us, feels like we hit the jackpot with GanttAI.”
Nothing is charged, and nothing is sent anywhere. The answer appears on the cards behind this.

Running more than ten projects? Portfolio includes ten and you can add five more yourself. Past fifteen, tell us about the work and we will price it.
The thing that costs money is the job, not the work you do on it. Getting this wrong is what makes most software bills unpredictable, so it is worth being plain about.
Rev 1 through Rev 40 of the same job is one project. The GC reissuing the schedule every fortnight does not cost you anything, which is the whole point.
Reviews, comparisons, crew plans, Agent questions, look-aheads and exports are unlimited within a project on every plan. No credits, no run counter, no overage.
Archive a project you have closed out and the slot comes back for the next one. The archive stays readable and downloadable; it just stops taking a slot.
Not a sandbox and not sample data. Put a GC schedule you are actually working to through it and see what it finds.
You add them, and nothing blocks while you do. Each extra project is $250 a month on Single and $150 on Team and Portfolio, prorated to the day you add it, and you are shown the amount and your new monthly total before anything is charged. Portfolio adds up to fifteen on its own; past that, tell us. Remove a project later and it comes off at your renewal.
No, on Team and Portfolio. Put your whole office on it and the bill does not move. Single is one seat because it is built for one person running one job.
You pay the same. That is the trade: the price does not spike in the month the GC reissues the schedule nine times, which is the month you most need to run it. If you genuinely have no live jobs, archive them and drop a tier.
Up at any time, prorated, and it takes effect immediately. Down at your renewal date, once you are inside the smaller plan’s project count — we show you what is live and you pick what to archive.
Yes, on Portfolio. Single and Team are card only. Tell us and we will set the account up for invoicing.
Yes. Pay for the year and you get eleven months for twelve — $2,750 on Single, $8,250 on Team, $13,750 on Portfolio. Extra project slots are still billed monthly as you add them.
A $100 a month switch on the Portfolio plan that makes the crew plan in the overview editable. You can add bids and won work that has no schedule yet, and set crew per trade per month, so the picture covers what you are about to take on and not only what is already scheduled. Off, the overview is still there and still read-only.
The account goes read-only rather than dark — you can still open and download everything. Nothing is deleted while the account is in that state, and we tell you the retention date on the page.
More than fifteen jobs at once, invoicing on a PO, a migration off something else, or you just want to see it on your own schedule first. Thirty minutes, and we will tell you which plan fits — including when that is the cheapest one.
