Inputs & outputs

Everything you already have becomes a schedule

Feed GanttAI whatever you've got. It reads the intent, applies real construction logic, and returns a schedule you can actually run the job with.

Inputs: what you bring
  • Natural language prompt*
  • Drawing upload
  • Scope update
  • Contract upload
  • Historical schedule

* The only one that’s required. Each of the others sharpens the result; not one of them gates it.

Output: what you get
  • Detailed activity schedule
  • Fully logic-linked
  • Verified & check-passed
  • Resource-loaded
  • Opens in MS Project, P6, Excel and more

How it works

One prompt gets you a schedule you can defend.

Describe your project in natural language, add any useful reference documents, and get a complete logical schedule ready for your review in seconds!

What if steel slips three weeks?
Roof deck and envelope move with it; interior finishes hold. Completion slips 9 days, not 21. Float absorbs the rest.

Describe

Type the job the way you’d explain it to a new PM, and hand over any files that would help: drawings, scope, contract, a schedule from a job like it.

02

Generate

Activities, durations and dependencies built on real construction logic. Every date has a reason sitting behind it.

03

Verify

36 checks (14 DCMA, 22 GanttAI) plus your company’s own rules, run before you ever send it out.

04

Ask

GanttAI Agent reads the schedule with you: scenarios, change orders, edits and look-aheads, in the words you’d use on the phone.

Wondering whether it works on your project? Send us one and find out.

Capabilities

Built for the whole life of the schedule

A complete ecosystem, ready for you to build, analyse and manage schedules all in one place, along with the ability to export into the tools you already use.

Generate schedules

Describe the job in a sentence and get activities, durations and dependencies back, built on real construction logic rather than a template.

Scenario plan

Ask “what if steel slips three weeks?” and see the impact modelled across the whole network before you commit to anything.

Edit schedules

Reshape activities, durations and logic directly, or in plain English, and let the rest of the schedule reflow around the change.

Verify

36 checks on every schedule: the 14-point DCMA assessment and our own 22 construction checks, which catch sequencing that is technically valid but practically impossible. Your company’s own rules (crew conventions, lag standards, phasing) run on top of those 36.

Change orders

Drop them in and watch them absorbed into the schedule with the right logic and the right dates, so the impact is a number you can send, not an argument.

Export

MPP, XER, XML, Excel or PDF, plus 1, 3 and 6-week look-aheads pulled straight out of the master. It drops into P6, MS Project or the owner’s inbox.

Why it pays

A schedule can make or break a project before it even starts.

Most of the risk is baked in on day one, in the durations and the logic. Get those wrong and you spend the rest of the job catching up to a plan that was never right.

Durations you can defend

Better than 70% accurate on the first pass, before you have fed it a single historical schedule. Add your own and it sharpens to how your crews actually perform.

Thirty-six checks, every time

The 14-point DCMA assessment plus 22 GanttAI checks run on every schedule you generate, with your own company rules on top. Not on request, not on the ones you remember to test.

From building to understanding

The gap between understanding the job and having a schedule that reflects it used to be weeks. It is now the length of a coffee break.

Q&A

The questions GCs actually ask

What do we need to get started?

A prompt is all you need. GanttAI is grounded in real construction projects out of the box, so a sentence describing the job gets you a credible schedule on day one. Drawings, scope, contract and your own historical schedules each sharpen the result, and not one of them gates it. Historicals in particular tune the model to your means and methods.

What happens to our data?

Fully private, never exposed. Your schedules, drawings and contracts stay in your workspace, are never pooled with other customers, and never train anyone else’s model.

How do we know the schedule is any good?

It’s grounded in real projects rather than generic templates, and every activity carries a confidence value and shows the reasoning behind its date. It’s not a black box: you can see the logic behind every date, and where the model is unsure it says so.

Does it replace P6 or MS Project?

No, it feeds them. Generate and pressure-test in GanttAI, then export to .MPP, .XER, .XML, .XLSX or .PDF and carry on in whatever tool your project already runs on.

How does pricing work?

GanttAI is a credit-based platform. Credits are spent on generation, scenario runs and checks, so cost tracks the work you actually do rather than a flat seat fee.

Can it follow our company's scheduling standards?

Yes. Custom logic rules let you encode your phasing conventions, lag standards and crew assumptions so every generated schedule comes out the way your team builds.
